about us

The League of Badass Women is an online community with in-person city chapters around the world that unite more than 10,000 women. The group’s goal is to connect, empower, and support each other with the goal of rewriting the rules of female power and leadership, and constructively disrupting the world of work. Our role is twofold: to build a community that nourishes, equips, and lifts women up as we survive and thrive in today’s paradigm, and to reframe what great leadership looks like.

Our mission is to connect and empower communities of women to support each other, rewrite the rules of leadership, and constructively disrupt the world of work.
